Project Description: Saikel partnered with WMK Architecture to provide Workspace365 state of the art co-working facility at Sekisui House’s brand new development at West Village’s Greenhouse Building. Co-ordinating the development of the initial project brief and performance requirements, Saikel ensured the project objectives were achieved through the design and documentation phase. Working closely with WMK Architecture and the greater consultancy team, the project control group achieved an outcome that was not only within the budget parameters set by Workspace365 but also delivered ontime in what was a challenging environment during the base building handover of the Greenhouse by the development contractors. The team takes great pride in being the first fitout contractor to navigate the landlord approval process, commence works onsite and handover the fitout only 12 weeks after commencing in late 2022.
