Project Description: Saikel, as a dedicated contracted partner for Connect Offices, took on the impressive endeavor of executing the full floor fitout project at 8 Clunies Ross Court in Eight Mile Plains, situated within Brisbane Technology Park. Engaged through an ECI Agreement, Saikel provided crucial support to Connect Offices during the initial design phase and lease negotiations. Leveraging our expertise and understanding of the challenges faced by serviced offices, we proactively identified the critical risk areas related to mechanical services and thermal comfort from the project's early stages. Collaborating closely with Bearspace Studio, we ensured comprehensive spatial planning and met all creative requirements with precision and innovation. This successful collaboration stands as a testament to Saikel's commitment to delivering exceptional results for our valued clients like Connect Offices.
Connect Offices approached the team at Saikel to guide us through the expansion of our existing facility at Brisbane Technology Park. Having previously completed another full floor fitout within the same building the expectations and standards set were very high.
It was clear very early in the design process the team at Saikel had a clear understanding of our requirements and knew the typical pain points that are experienced in serviced offices and co-working environments. Their ability to navigate these challenges and identity solutions ensured the project achieved it’s time, cost and quality objectives.
The final outcome exceeded the expectations we had and for the team to deliver it in such a way that brought professionalism and enjoyment will certainly have us considering Saikel for any future fitout works.
