Project Description: Saikel once again partnered with Clarence Professional Offices to deliver a high-quality fitout at Level 4, 95 North Quay. Taking a fresh approach, this project focused on creating larger suites with internal managers’ offices and dedicated meeting rooms, offering a new workspace option within Clarence’s portfolio in the building. While maintaining a consistent look and feel with the existing floors, the design introduced enhanced functionality to cater to a wider range of tenant needs. Through close collaboration with the project team, Saikel successfully delivered a seamless and efficient fitout, further strengthening our commitment to innovative and tailored workspace solutions.
