Project Description: Saikel, acting as the contracted project manager for Clarence Professional Offices, completed the full floor fitout project at 95 North Quay. With the aim of seamlessly integrating the new fitout with the existing space, Saikels role was vital in ensuring a cohesive and functional workspace for the client.

The project presented unique challenges, as 80% of the space had already been leased prior to handover, intensifying the pressure to deliver the fitout punctually and within the allocated budget. In close collaboration with Dear Henri, we successfully achieved this goal, delivering a modern and innovative design that precisely aligned with the client's vision and requirements.
